Introduction
Echo Valley is a scenic six-hour drive from Vancouver or a two-hour drive from Kamloops in BC’s Cariboo region. It has a variety of unique accommodation, all with first class facilities.
Dove Lodge, of traditional log design, has six rooms with balconies giving inspiring views. Lookout Lodge has nine large bedrooms. Two log cabins offer seclusion combined with availability of Dove Lodge facilities, and include private deck, large double bedroom loft with twin beds, and jacuzzi bath. The honeymoon cabin has a four poster bed and outdoor jacuzzi.
Activities available at Echo Valley include horse riding, hiking, rafting, bird watching, flightseeing, fishing, or relaxing and being pampered with spa treatments. There is use of mountain bikes, games, hot tub, pool, sauna and fitness room, 4x4 safari, guided hikes, horse riding, fly-fishing lessons, gold panning and bird watching. You can try being a cowboy for a day helping with the ranch animals and enjoy a native dinner and dancing.
