Itinerary
Day 1 Calgary
Arrive at Calgary International Airport. Independent transfer to your hotel. After checking in, the remainder of the day is free. Explore the Old West at the Glenbow Museum, browse through the Eau Claire Market, ride up Calgary Tower for a great view and savour the restaurants and nightlife. Overnight in Calgary.
Day 2 Calgary to Banff National Park
We begin the day with a tour of Calgary. Leaving the city, we travel west to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The majestic peaks of the Rockies soon fill the horizon as we approach Banff National Park. Two nights in Banff.
Day 3 Banff National Park
Today enjoy a tour around Banff. An optional Helicopter Tour gives you the chance to see eastern ranges of the Rocky Mountains. Alternatively, take part in a Nature and Wildlife Tour to Lake Minnewanka with a gondola ride up Sulphur Mountain. The rest of the day is free. Overnight in Banff.
Day 4 Banff National Park to Jasper
Visit to Lake Louise. After, we travel north on the Icefields Parkway. At Columbia Icefield we board the ‘Ice Explorer’ to ride on Athabasca Glacier. Nearer Jasper, you’ll have the chance to go on a raft trip on Athabasca River. Overnight in Jasper.
Day 5 Jasper National Park to Sun Peaks
Before leaving Jasper National Park this morning, you can take part in an optional Island Cruise on Maligne Lake. Then we travel along Yellowhead Highway into BC. Overnight in Sun Peaks.
Day 6 Sun Peaks to Whistler
A scenic journey towards the coastal mountains. An optional Floatplane Tour (30 or 40 minutes) over Garibaldi Provincial Park. Alternatively discover the mountain ecology on an optional Zipline Adventure and ride on a series of cables and suspension bridges. Overnight in Whistler.
Day 7 Whistler to Victoria
From Horseshoe Bay we cruise across the Strait of Georgia to Vancouver Island and continue by coach to Victoria. En route, visit Chemainus, the little town known as the largest outdoor gallery. Two nights in Victoria.
Day 8 Victoria
Tour of this maritime city. You can take part in an optional Seaplane Tour over Victoria and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Alternatively, go on a whale watching excursion. Overnight in Victoria.
Day 9 Victoria to Vancouver
We travel up Saanich Peninsula to stop at Butchart Gardens. Browse through the gardens before continuing to Vancouver. There, enjoy a tour of the city. The farewell dinner party is at Capilano Suspension Bridge with native carving and dancing. Overnight in Vancouver.
Day 10 End of Tour
Independent transfer to Vancouver International Airport in time to check in for your return flight.
